In loving memory of the one who inspired us the most

Erlinda G. passed away on May 16 at the age of 87. She lived a life full of love and devotion to her family with whom she cherished with all of her heart. Owner and operator of Baked elegance Bakery, Candyce learned so very much from her grandmother, and she will forever cherish all of the things that her grandma taught her. Erlinda gave Candyce the inspiration to bake and she encouraged her to chase all of her dreams in this life and the next. Erlinda was always doing crafts, sewing, cooking, baking, doing her ceramics or even making porcelain dolls - talents of which she shared with all of her family. She taught Candyce about baking, and showed her how to decorate cakes, how to make cookies, sugar eggs, and so much more. As we mourn the loss of her being with us in this world, we will forever cherish the memories and the lessons that she shared with us along the way. We will miss her so very much, and we will continue her love and legacy for baking as we continue our journey, carrying her in our hearts every step of the way.
